Copyright for all works of art produced by GIOMY (Giomar Giovanni Vrolijk) remains with the artist.

The collector is granted possession of the work, but permission must be sought for any reproduction rights from the artist. Contact GIOMY (info@giomy.art) if you have any queries or to make any such requests.

A fee may be negotiable depending on the nature of your request. Commercial exploitation is not permitted without the granting of a licence and the payment of a fee.

With this transaction, the collector confirms that the artist holds the right of first refusal for any third-party resale of the artwork for a period of 5 years from the transaction.

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

We issue a Certificate of Authenticity with all original artworks made by GIOMY. 

This document certifies that the artwork you purchase is unique and either an Original work or a Special Edition series hand-signed by GIOMY.

The document describes the artwork, title, medium, size, date and embossed stamp with GIOMY’s original signature.
